Deposit Terms

What these terms cover

These Deposit Terms govern the refundable reservation deposit you pay to reserve an Aresto device from Mystro Analytics, Inc. ("Aresto", "we", "us"). They are part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund Policy.

The reservation deposit

• $179 deposit. A deposit of $179 USD reserves one Aresto device.
• Founding batch. Your reservation is for one of the first 3,000 units, serial numbered.
• A reservation, not a finished purchase. Paying the deposit reserves your place in the production queue. It is not the purchase of a finished, in-stock product.

Price, balance, and how the deposit applies

• Applied in full. If you keep your reservation, the $179 deposit is applied toward the total price of your device.
• Founder price locked. Your founder price of $1,900 is locked at the time you place your deposit and will not increase before your unit ships, even if the retail price changes.
• Remaining balance. The remaining balance of $1,721 is collected before your unit ships. We will contact you before charging it.

Fully refundable

Your deposit is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. You can cancel for any reason, with no questions asked.

• How to cancel. Email us with your order number and we will cancel and refund your deposit.
• Processing time. Deposit refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• If we cannot fulfill. If we are unable to fulfill your reservation, we will refund your deposit in full.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping timing

First units are estimated to ship in Q1 2027. Estimated shipping dates are targets, not guarantees, and production timelines may change. If the shipping estimate changes materially, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit before your unit ships.

Payments

• Processor. Deposits and balances are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
• Authorization. By paying a deposit, you confirm the payment method is yours and authorize the charge.
• Currency. Charges are in U.S. dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply conversion rates or fees that we do not control.

One unit per deposit and transfers

• Each deposit reserves one device. Reservations are personal to you.
• Reservations may not be resold or transferred to another person without our written consent.
• We may cancel and refund reservations that appear fraudulent, duplicative, or intended for resale at inflated prices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Deposit Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. If a change materially affects an existing reservation, we will let you know, and you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit if you do not agree.
