Our commitment
We want you to be confident when you pre-order Aresto. If things change, we make it simple to get your money back. No hoops, no delays, no questions asked.
Reservation deposits
Reserving an Aresto requires a $179 deposit, governed by our Deposit Terms.
- Fully refundable before shipping. Your $179 deposit is refundable in full at any time before your unit ships. No reason required.
- Applied to your total. If you keep your reservation, the deposit is applied toward your $1,900 founder price. The remaining $1,721 balance is collected before shipping.
- If we cannot fulfill. If we are unable to fulfill your reservation or shipping is materially delayed, we refund your deposit in full.
- Processing time. Deposit refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Pre-order cancellations
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before your unit ships. Here is how it works:
- Full refund. Cancel anytime before shipping and receive a 100% refund of your payment.
- No questions asked. You do not need to provide a reason.
- Processing time. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
After delivery
Once your Aresto device has been delivered:
- 30-day return window. If you are not satisfied, return the device in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Return shipping. We provide a prepaid return label. You are responsible for packaging the device securely.
- Condition. The device must be in working condition with no physical damage beyond normal unboxing. All original accessories must be included.
Defective units
If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will replace the unit or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping. Defective units are covered regardless of the 30-day return window, subject to our one-year hardware warranty.
What is not covered
- Devices damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical abuse.
- Software issues that can be resolved through OTA updates or support.
- Optional cloud service charges (these are billed separately and are non-refundable once consumed).
How to request a refund
To cancel a pre-order or initiate a return, contact us at essam@mystro.ae with your order number. We will respond within one business day.
